MonarchCare has three departments: Care Management, Financial & Guardianship Services and Administration. Most positions are full-time and based out of our Tamarac office. The criteria for STAFF selection are rigorous and strictly enforced. Our training program is concentrated with written policies and procedures, employee shadowing and one-on-one training with senior staff. Knowledge of legal guardianship is highly valued.
