“My mother, who is ninety five years old, was not responding to her Caregivers and not moving around. The Caregivers and Paulette made the correct decision to have her taken to Westside Regional Medical Center for a complete check out. Within minutes of my mother’s arrival at the hospital, a daughter and her husband and her eldest brother arrived at the hospital. Later arrivals were (another) son, his wife, her Granddaughter and her great grandson. Paulette immediately understood the implications of what might follow and took charge of the situation. She made arrangements for each family member to go into the emergency room with her, one at a time, and for each to spend a few private moments with our mother. This was very comforting to my mother and very much appreciated by my family.
